Prebuilt Binary Installers

To get the prebuilt OpenOffice.org 3.X package (and dependencies), as root: 
setenv PACKAGESITE http://freebsd.dev-urandom.com/packages/openoffice/i386/
pkg_add -r http://freebsd.dev-urandom.com/packages/openoffice/i386/openoffice.org-3.1.0.tbz
A VirtualBox binary package is available: here which can be installed in the same format.
